The hourly pay rate starts at $20/hour and onwards based on experience in the field. We have cases available in Snellville GA for our Lilburn GA Center. Key provides services for children on the autism spectrum directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This position is working in-home implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA. Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time. Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children. Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
