<div><p>Our client, a leading Insurance Business offering a wide range of products and services, are looking for an experienced <b>Part Time</b> <b>Telemarketer</b> to join their team.</p><p><b>This is a role that can be performed on a remote basis, working from your home. Also there is a high degree of flexibility around daily Part Time working hours, ie school hours or late afternoons/early evening.</b></p><p>This role requires a professional who can confidently engage with local businesses to identity opportunities, initiate conversations and support networking campaigns.</p><p>As<b> Part Time Telemarketer</b>, you will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities by identifying and generating high quality leads for their Commercial, Personal and Financial Service Teams.</p><h2>What you will do as Telemarketer</h2><ul><li><b>Business Development -</b> Proactively source and qualify potential new business opportunities across commercial and personal insurance, as well as financial services</li><li><b>Relationship Building -</b> Develop strong working relationships with local businesses, community groups, and stakeholders to create long-term lead opportunities and generate referrals</li><li><b>Appointment Setting -</b> Arrange appointments for new business opportunities to be followed up by the Commercial sales team</li><li><b>CRM & Data Management -</b> Accurately record and monitor lead activity within internal CRM systems, ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up in a timely and professional manner</li><li><b>Cross-Selling</b> - Identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer clients to other areas of the business, including insurance, financial services, risk management, and health & safety consultancy, passing qualified leads to the relevant specialists</li><li><b>Compliance & Conduct -</b> Operate in a fully compliant, customer-focused manner, adhering to FCA principles and the organisation\'s internal policies at all times.</li></ul><h2>What they need a Telemarketer to have</h2><ul><li>Understanding of general Insurance and/or Financial Services Industries</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Confidence in approaching and speaking with new people</li><li>Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive mindset</li><li>Experience with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail in logging and qualifying leads</li></ul><h2>What they offer</h2><ul><li>Comprehensive training and development, including technical knowledge and sales skills</li><li>A supportive and friendly working environment</li><li>25 days\' holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Company pension scheme</li></ul><p>If you think you have the relevant skills and experience required to be a great match for this role, send your CV through today or contact the office to discuss in more detail.</p></div> #J-18808-Ljbffr
