</div><div>ComForCare Home Care Rio Grande Valley is seeking a <strong>Part-Time RN or LPN/LVN</strong> to perform <strong>in-home reassessments for veteran clients</strong>. This role offers flexibility, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who served our country.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Complete <strong>bi-weekly in-home reassessments</strong> for veteran clients </li>
<li> Visit approximately <strong>12–15 clients per week</strong>
</li>
<li> Schedule appointments directly with clients </li>
<li> Verify and update medications and health status </li>
<li> Document all findings in our <strong>Swift Ops system</strong>
</li>

<strong>Compensation & Schedule<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Paid for 2 hours per client</strong> (includes visit, scheduling, and documentation time) </li>
<li> Visits average <strong>~30 minutes each</strong>
</li>
<li> Mileage reimbursement included </li>
<li> Average monthly earnings: <strong>~$2,000</strong>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Active <strong>RN or LPN/LVN license</strong> (required) </li>
<li> Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license </li>
<li> Strong assessment and documentation skills </li>
<li> Ability to work independently </li>
