What You'll Do

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and positivity of our Discord community. Your daily activities will include:

• Monitoring Chat Communications: Actively observe chat conversations in real-time to identify any messages that violate our community guidelines or server rules. This requires attentiveness and the ability to process multiple conversations simultaneously.


• Content Management: Delete messages that violate established rules, including but not limited to spam, harassment, hate speech, inappropriate content, and unauthorized promotional material. You will use your judgment to determine when content crosses the line.


• User Enforcement: Issue temporary or permanent bans to users who repeatedly violate server rules despite warnings. This includes conducting thorough investigations to ensure fair and consistent enforcement.


• User Mutes: Apply mute restrictions to users who have violated rules, determining appropriate mute durations based on the severity and frequency of infractions.


• Report Investigation: Review and investigate reports submitted by community members regarding rule violations. This involves gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties when necessary, and making informed decisions about appropriate actions.


• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user infractions, warnings, and actions taken to ensure transparency and consistency in moderation practices.
