- Accurately enter client- and service-level data into internal databases and DPH reporting systems in a timely manner.
- Upload required data files to secure state servers per program deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits of data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
### Data Quality Assurance
- Review and resolve discrepancies or missing data in collaboration with program staff.
- Monitor data for trends that may indicate systemic errors or workflow breakdowns.
- Follow protocols for safeguarding sensitive client data in compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies.
### Staff Support and Training
