As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client- and service-level data across our internal databases and external reporting systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

### Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately enter client- and service-level data into internal databases and DPH reporting systems in a timely manner.
  • Upload required data files to secure state servers per program deadlines.
  • Conduct regular audits of data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

### Data Quality Assurance

  • Review and resolve discrepancies or missing data in collaboration with program staff.
  • Monitor data for trends that may indicate systemic errors or workflow breakdowns.
  • Follow protocols for safeguarding sensitive client data in compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy policies.

### Staff Support and Training

  • Assist with documenting and maintaining data entry workflows.
