Position Overview: Customer Success Manager (Part-Time)

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at arenaflex, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our top-performing vendor partners. Your mission will be to support and foster their success by providing strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and exceptional operational support. In this role, you'll leverage your relationship-building skills and analytical mindset to help vendors maximize their performance on our platform, ultimately contributing to a thriving ecosystem for both vendors and customers.

You'll work closely with internal teams across arenaflex to ensure a seamless and positive experience for your vendors, collaborating with product, marketing, logistics, and technology teams to resolve challenges and identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues, address operational challenges, and escalate complex matters to appropriate internal teams. Ensure timely and effective resolution of vendor inquiries and concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, including sales growth, inventory management, customer satisfaction scores, and marketplace visibility. Provide regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams—including product management, marketing, supply chain, and technology—to ensure alignment and seamless execution of vendor initiatives. Represent vendor feedback to internal stakeholders to drive platform improvements.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate vendors on arenaflex best practices, new platform features, and industry trends. Develop training materials and resources that empower vendors to succeed independently.
  • Business Development: Identify expansion opportunities within existing vendor accounts, upsell premium services, and contribute to vendor retention initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and skills:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, vendor relations, or a similar client-facing role. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, online retail operations, and digital marketplace ecosystems. Familiarity with vendor management in a platform environment is a plus.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Natural ability to establish rapport, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
