Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat
Providing accurate information about the products and services via online chat
Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
