Access is a specialized, door-to-door, demand-response paratransit service.</span></strong></span> </p><p style="margin: 0.0in;text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: black;"> </span></strong></p><p style="margin: 0.0in;text-align: justify;"><strong><u><span style="color: black;">Paratransit Operator Position Overview: </span></u></strong></p><p style="margin: 0.0in;text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color: black;">This is skilled work in the operation of a paratransit vehicle for the transportation of persons with disabilities and/or the elderly throughout the city limits as assigned.  Work involves responsibility for driving a 15 passenger modified van, transporting passengers in a safe, courteous and professional manner and providing assistance to persons with mobility impairments to and from the vehicle.
