Overview

    We are building a small outbound sales team focused on generating and closing deals across two service lines:
  • Web & web app development ($2K–$6K, faster closes)
  • Strategic business diagnostics for $1M–$10M companies ($15K–$35K)

This is an outbound-heavy role. If you are not comfortable making 20+ calls or outreach attempts daily, this is not a fit.

    Responsibilities
  • Perform daily outbound (cold calls, follow-ups, outreach)
  • Start and manage conversations with business owners
  • Set appointments and/or close deals
  • Maintain consistent daily activity (volume-driven role)
  • Track activity and pipeline
    What’s in Place
  • Proven scripts and positioning for web services (faster closes)
  • Qualified leads provided for higher-ticket diagnostic offers
  • Clear target market and offer structure

Compensation

    Performance-based compensation with strong upside tied to deal size.
  • Web deals: $2K–$6K
  • Diagnostic deals: $15K–$35K

Higher earnings potential is tied to consistent activity and deal flow.

    Requirements
  • Experience with cold calling or outbound sales
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining volume
  • Self-directed and consistent with daily activity
  • Not dependent on micromanagement
