Remote Order Processor (Automotive) – Full-Time

About Us
We are Enet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company specializing in OEM and aftermarket automotive parts across North America.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team remotely. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
• Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer information
• Check inventory availability and coordinate alternatives if needed
• Prepare shipping labels and invoices
• Track shipments and assist with delivery issues
• Manage returns and refunds (RMA process)
• Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM systems
• Provide daily order summaries
• Working Hours
• Full-time
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – Toronto)

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
• Automotive parts knowledge or willingness to learn

Compensation

• Starting at $1,000 CAD per month
• Paid biweekly
• Performance-based review after 3 months
