Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist

They are seeking an Oracle Unifier/Project Systems Specialist to support Project Controls teams across the U.S., providing technical and functional support while collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide
• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs
• Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting
• Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed
• Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Experience supporting project controls or engineering/construction projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools
• Basic understanding of business process design and optimization
