The Role
Oracle HCM Configuration (Core Scope)
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning

Set up:
Catalogues, offerings, content types

Audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic

Workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles

Content & Learning Management
Upload and validate SCORM packages

Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy

Ensure correct assignment and visibility of training

Reporting & Documentation
Design and develop reports using:
OTBI

BI Publisher (~20–30 reports)

Maintain:
Report documentation

Data governance and process documentation

Data Migration & Management
Perform data migration using:
HDL / HSDL

Activities:
Prepare data templates

Cleanse and transform data

Validate and reconcile data with business expectations

Test Strategy & Planning
Define testing strategy across:
Learning

Development Plan

Skills

Integrations and reporting

Prepare:
Test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria

Test Coordination & Execution
Coordinate testers and business stakeholders (UAT)

Execute SIT and UAT test scenarios

Perform regression testing and re-testing of fixes

Defect & Quality Management
Manage defect lifecycle:
Logging, tracking, prioritisation, and retesting

Escalate issues where needed

Test Reporting & Go-Live Support
Provide test progress reporting and defect status

Support test sign-off and go-live readiness

Assist in cutover and hypercare activities

Integration Support (Secondary Scope)
Work with integration teams (OIC / IAM) to:
Validate data flows and mappings

Support testing of integrations (e.g. provisioning, content sync)

Who You Are
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred)

Hands-on experience in:
Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows)
Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher
Data migration using HDL

Strong understanding of:
Employee / non-worker lifecycle
Learning processes and business flows

Testing & Test Management (Mandatory)
Experience in:
Test strategy definition
Test case preparation and execution
SIT / UAT coordination

Ability to:
Manage defect lifecycle
Perform regression testing
Validate end-to-end business processes

Technical Awareness (Nice to Have)
Basic knowledge of:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
REST / SOAP APIs
JSON / XML data structures

Understanding of integration dependencies and data flows

Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with SCORM troubleshooting
Knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Extract
Experience in global / multi-country HCM projects
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills in English
Strong ownership and accountability
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail (especially for data and testing)
Ability to work across business and technical teams
