Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Core – L2 Support Consultant to provide operational support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The role involves managing production support activities, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth functioning of HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Handle incident management, service requests, and issue resolution
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to resolve functional and technical issues
Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and configurations
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and support standards
Participate in periodic system health checks and reporting
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong expertise in:
Global Core HR
Absence Management
