Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite Discrete Manufacturing

Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Discrete Manufacturing modules - BOM, WIP, Inventory, Costing, Engineering and Quality, along with strong business process knowledge across end-to-end manufacturing cycles. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, leading solution design, driving process improvements, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership & Solution Design

Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Design and configure manufacturing solutions aligned with business processes and industry best practices.

Conduct AS‑IS / TO‑BE process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution workshops.

Provide functional architecture and guidance for complex manufacturing scenarios.

Integrations & Data Management

Work closely with technical teams on Customizations, Integrations, Reports and Data Conversions.

Support data migration and conversion activities for Items, BOMs, routings, WIP jobs, and costs.

Validate integrations with external systems such as MES, PLM, CPQ, and legacy applications.

Testing & Deployment

Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and execute unit, SIT, and UAT testing.

Support cutover planning, production go-live, and hypercare activities.

Ensure solution stability, data integrity, and performance post-implementation.

Stakeholder Management & Mentoring

Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Planning).

Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables for quality and compliance.

Support project governance, escalation management, and delivery milestones.
