- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience with MySQL and Oracle databases in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
- MySQL SQL, stored procedures, and indexing
- Proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization
- Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design
- Experience with backup, recovery, replication, and high availability solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting production databases with SLAs
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills ________________________________________Good to Have
- Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Aurora, Oracle on cloud, Azure DB services)
- Exposure to database migration tools or replication (e.g., GoldenGate)
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation for database deployments
