The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams
Coordinate daily operational activities, schedules, and workflows
Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and reports
Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making
Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Support project coordination, tracking timelines, and deliverables
Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for operational tracking
Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or coordination roles
Experience in corporate, logistics, healthcare, or service environments is a plus
Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD, depending on experience, industry, and qualification
