We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant / Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing and business support company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, follow-through, and helping projects move from start to finish. You will support internal operations, client communication, project coordination, onboarding, offboarding, scheduling, admin tasks, and basic bookkeeping organization. Role hours are currently 9-1 MST with the opportunity to grow.

The goal of this role is to help keep the backend of the company running smoothly so leadership can focus on strategy, consulting, client growth, and business development. Responsibilities

Support client onboarding and offboarding

Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and internal check-ins

Help organize and manage client projects

Track deadlines, tasks, and project progress

Follow up with team members and clients as needed

Organize files, folders, documents, and client information

Assist with email management and basic client communication

Update project management systems and tracking sheets

Track invoices, payments, receipts, and basic bookkeeping items

Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and client updates

Create and maintain simple SOPs and internal processes

Assist with general admin and operations tasks as needed

As the company grows, this role may also help coordinate with contractors, bookkeepers, designers, marketers, or other support team members.

Must be willing to learn new systems and processes

Schedule

Part-time remote position to start

Estimated hours: 5 to 20 hours per week
