Online Fitness Coach

Enaz Fitness is a premium online fitness coaching company specialising in men’s body transformations, with a strong focus on gay and queer men. We help our clients become leaner, stronger, more confident, and comfortable in their bodies through evidence-based training, structured nutrition, and high-touch support.

We are expanding and looking for an online fitness coach based in Spain who wants a long-term, fully remote role with real growth, mentorship, and progression.

The Role

This is a remote, full-time position. You will start with a smaller client load and gradually build up over time, with the long-term goal of managing up to 100 clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Coaching clients online across training, nutrition, and mindset
• Running structured weekly check-ins
• Supporting clients through plateaus, challenges, and wins
• Participating in coaching calls, workshops, and challenges
• Confidently representing Enaz Fitness on camera

Who This Role Is For
• You have a strong understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy supporting gay and queer men in building confidence through fitness
• You communicate in a warm, professional, and supportive way
• You are confident speaking on camera
• You hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent)
• You can work with clients across UK and US time zones, with some light weekend availability

Compensation & Growth
• Starting pay: £40 per client per month
• Pay increases every 6 months, based on time with the company, coaching quality, and client results
• Earning potential:
• ~£5,000/month at 100 clients initially
• £6,000–£8,000/month as your rate increases
• Fully remote role — work from anywhere in Spain
• Clear progression to Senior Coach, Lead Coach, or Team Leader
