Key Responsibilities
• Teach English to students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the students' individual learning needs
• Provide constructive feedback and help students improve their speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills
• Conduct lessons through online platforms (video conferencing, chat, etc.)
• Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Encourage students to engage actively in conversations and build confidence in using English
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment

Qualifications & Requirements
• Native or fluent English speaker
• Previous teaching experience (teaching English as a second language or tutoring experience preferred, but not required)
• TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a patient, friendly teaching style
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching space
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
• Must be available to work during flexible hours (depending on students' time zones)
