Music Data Rater (Native English Speaker - U.S. Based)

About the Role:

We’re looking for U.S.-based, native English-speaking Music Data Raters with a keen ear for music. In this role, you’ll listen to AI-generated and human-created audio clips and provide structured evaluations that help train and fine-tune next-generation music AI systems.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate music tracks suggested based on the prompt given by you.
• Tag musical elements including genre, tempo, key, mood, instruments, and structure.
• Provide natural-sounding English feedback when required (e.g., prompt rewriting, lyrical evaluation).
• Ensure consistency and quality in annotation using internal tools and instructions.
• Collaborate with team leads or researchers to calibrate rating accuracy.

Requirements:
• Native-level English fluency (U.S.-based applicants only).
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with music annotation, reviewing, or production tools is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
