Mobile Engineer (App Developer) – AI/Product Focus

BYOB Sports is a fast-growing social sports platform focused on bringing people together in real life. We’re building the next generation of social + sports + AI-powered experiences, and we’re looking for a developer who can grow into a core partner.

This is not a typical developer role — we’re looking for someone who thinks like a product builder, moves fast, and wants to help shape the future of the company.

About the Role

You will own the mobile product end-to-end and play a key role in shaping both the technical and product direction of the company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with meaningful upside.

Build and maintain our mobile app using React Native
Take features from idea → design → development → launch
Integrate and experiment with AI-driven features (matching, recommendations, ratings, etc.)
Work closely with the founder on product strategy and roadmap
Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience
Own and evolve the overall app architecture

Strong experience with React Native and mobile app development
Product mindset — you care about user experience, not just code
Experience or strong interest in AI/ML integrations
Ability to work independently and execute quickly
Comfortable building from 0 → 1 and iterating fast
Entrepreneurial mindset — partner mentality, not just an employee
Based in Miami

Small base salary
