About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students throughout Minnesota. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals while leveraging technology to deliver engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Deliver engaging teletherapy sessions to students in preschool through high school settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student services.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
- QualificationsRequired
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred.
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment.

- Familiarity with virtual assessment and therapy platforms.
