Mid Level & Senior Java Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineers* to be part of a remote team that builds high-availability solutions for dental offices and enterprises, focusing on insurance eligibility in the revenue cycle management space. We are looking for individuals who are problem-solvers, not ticket takers. We operate on trust and focus on making a real impact for our customers. Our teams work in 6-week cycles, solving real problems while balancing technical debt, bugs, innovation, and team growth. Working hours: 8am-3pm MT/ (9am - 4 pm CST)

What You Will Do
Design, develop, and enhance backend features while resolving defects and improving system reliability

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets quality and performance standards

Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams

Contribute thoughtful feedback through code reviews and technical discussions

Troubleshoot and solve moderately complex technical challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset

Partner with DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and reliable software delivery

Apply SOLID principles, testing practices, and modern engineering standards to build scalable services

What You Will Have
Senior Engineers 6+ years of professional experience building backend software, primarily in Java

Mid Level Engineers 4+ years of professional experience building backend software, primarily in Java

Experience working effectively in an Agile environment within a remote or hybrid team

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and service-to-service integration

Ability to deliver features end-to-end with guidance and collaboration

Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt, and improve through feedback

Clear and respectful communication with engineers, product managers, and other partners

A proactive and accountable mindset with empathy and resilience
