The Work:
The contractor will provide ongoing O&M support to DOE/EITS Power Platform users to support PPaaS in the following manner:
- Provide access to M365 seeded Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI entitlements
- Support requests for additional licenses outside of seeded M365 entitlements, such as Dynamics 365
- Provide Helpdesk and Tier 2/Tier 3 support for questions related to access, capability, and other platform support requests
- Curate knowledge articles and FAQs doc
- Maintain license inventory and CoE
- Maintain service request catalog in DAYS (update, add, remove entries)
Contractor works closely with the Power Platform team (devs, architect, team leads), M365 collab ops team, and other ops teams as needed to establish the service and to ensure smooth operations and maintenance for Power Platform.
Here’s What You Need:
Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform > Power Apps, Model-driven, Canvas App, Dynamics, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and attention to detail

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
