Remote Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (North Carolina)

FullScope Counseling Services, PLLC is seeking licensed and associate-licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our growing remote team.

Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services via telehealth, including:
• Individual therapy
• Family therapy
• Couples / relationship counseling
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intakes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide prevention-oriented and strengths-based therapy
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and state/federal regulations

Qualifications
• Active North Carolina license (or associate license) in one of the following:
• LCMHC / LCMHC-A
• LCSW / LCSWA
• LMFT / LMFTA
• Associate-licensed clinicians encouraged to apply
• Master’s degree or higher in a human services–related field
• Minimum 2 years post-degree clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy to individuals with mental health diagnoses
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and treatment planning ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage caseload and documentation independently
• Active malpractice insurance (no prior claims)

Work Location
• Remote (must be licensed in North Carolina)
