Position Overview: As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will serve as a key operational support in managing patient coordination, provider scheduling, and backend healthcare processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, and adherence to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless daily operations.   Work Schedule and Arrangement: Nightshift, Remote  Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu  Key Responsibilities:  Patient and Provider Coordination Manage complex scheduling and coordinate patient care workflows Handle patient intake communications professionally and efficiently EHR Management Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) with a high level of accuracy Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and prepared ahead of appointments Backend Operations and SLA Management Execute daily administrative workflows in alignment with defined SLAs Support data entry, billing coordination, and administrative ticketing processes Reporting and Process Adherence Complete end-of-day reports and communication logs Identify and escalate workflow bottlenecks to the appropriate teams Insurance and Compliance Support Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations Ensure all processes adhere to healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA or equivalent)  Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Healthcare BPO Associate, or in a similar role Strong knowledge of medical terminology, EHR systems, and healthcare compliance protocols Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment Experience handling high-volume healthcare accounts Familiarity with performance metrics and SLA-driven operations Previous experience in a lead or senior-level support role

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary: 18,000 PHP – 32,000 PHP
Quarterly performance bonus: Up to 25,000 PHP
