- Job Description:
- Assist in the development, evaluation and management of online media plans for pharmaceutical clients
- Develop and manage the RFP process and assist in the evaluation of proposals
- Maintain a responsive working relationship with clients, vendors and internal agency staff
- Build and maintain rapport with media publishers through daily interactions
- Collaborate closely with account and creative teams
- Stay informed about new and emerging technologies
- Provide agency POVs on new opportunities related to client objectives
- Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and the invoice process
- Analyze research data and compile monthly competitive analyses
- Assist in monthly campaign reporting
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications or equivalent education plus professional experience
- 1-2 years of experience in media planning and buying
- Able to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in comScore, Kantar and MRI is preferred
- Online media background specifically working with pharmaceutical brands is preferred
