We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and grow Haut.AI’s enterprise and mid-market marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, content, and sales enablement, with a strong focus on hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.


What you'll need to do:

  • Execute B2B demand and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, and selected channels
  • Support and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) to drive qualified leads
  • Contribute to PR and content initiatives that position the company in the market
  • Support event activities (research, coordination, pre/post-event outreach) to drive meetings and pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on outbound campaigns and target account outreach
  • Manage content calendar and publish content across LinkedIn and relevant platforms
  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B copy (posts, emails, ads, campaign assets)
  • Execute outreach and nurture campaigns to generate discovery calls and meetings
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring proper tracking of leads and campaigns
  • Collaborate with product and leadership to turn insights into marketing content
  • Support development of sales materials (presentations, messaging, basic positioning)


What will help you thrive in this role:

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, MarTech, e-commerce, or consumer tech
  • Experience executing demand generation and lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, outbound, basic paid channels)
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management (especially LinkedIn)
  • Strong copywriting skills — ability to write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused B2B content (posts, emails, ads)
  • Basic experience with paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads or similar) and willingness to optimize them
  • Experience supporting or participating in events and webinars (end-to-end ownership is a plus, but not required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking campaigns
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate product features into clear marketing messaging
  • Proactive mindset and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
