- The Role
- Create and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms to generate inbound enquiries (training provided)
- Engage with leads via social media, phone, and Zoom — no cold calling
- Conduct interviews to identify qualified candidates suited to our business model (training provided)
- Apply our proven business systems and digital tools to streamline operations and drive results
- Provide follow-up and guidance as prospects explore our products and opportunities
- Mentor and onboard new team members remotely
- Participate in live virtual training sessions and community calls up to 3 times per week
- Work independently and flexibly, while staying connected to a high-level global support network
- Commit to ongoing learning, coaching, and personal growth
