Marketing Project Coordinator

Forvis Mazars, LLP is a leading global professional services network providing assurance, tax, and consulting services. They are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination and execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery while supporting the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage & maintain the Marketing & Business Development & Events inboxes, responding promptly to inquiries routing messages to relevant teams
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects, as needed
• Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned, including, but not limited to scheduling lunches, creating POs, entering invoices, etc
• Assist in Northeast event support, including, but not limited to sending pre- and post-event emails, creating campaigns in CRM, tracking events on Northeast Region Event Tracker, track post-event survey responses, and other event related projects, as needed
• Support the Northeast marketing team with project management tasks, as needed

Skills

• Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree
