As Fidelity Fulfillment continues its rapid expansion in the U.S., we’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead localized campaign execution, strengthen our brand, and drive customer engagement through smart, tech-driven strategies. You’ll be at the heart of our U.S. go-to-market efforts—leveraging AI tools and working closely with our global marketing team, U.S. commercial leads, and local partners.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and knows how to turn strategy into action.
What You’ll Be Doing

    Campaigns + Automation
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, SEO, social, content) globally with a specific focus on the US market
  • Work with U.S. agencies to localize content, develop landing pages, email templates, and case studies
  • Lead the use of AI tools (e.g., HubSpot automation, generative AI, analytics)
  • Support US event marketing including webinars, trade shows, and partner events
    Brand + Engagement
  • Build and amplify Fidelity’s brand presence in the U.S.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and lead our community management program on social media
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Commercial Director to create customer communications and co-marketing opportunities
    Analytics + Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance, social, and website metrics
  • Use data insights to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Track and support marketing OKRs
    Customer Onboarding Support
  • Help shape onboarding assets and marketing workflows
  • Support the U.S. Sales team with proposals and documentation
    What You’ll Bring
  • Proven B2B marketing experience—ideally in logistics, fulfillment, or tech
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, reporting)
  • Experience using AI for marketing content and campaign optimization
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Bonus: Spanish-speaking is advantageous but not essential
