operations. We provide an end-to-end hardware and software solution giving property managers,
operators, and tenants seamless, secure, and connected access experiences. We operate globally with
footprints in the US, EU and APAC.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Manager to own our product
marketing.This is a high ownership role, suited for someone who can break down technical complexity
into bite size communication, tell a good product story and connect the dots. In this role, you won’t just be
pushing features—you’ll be the bridge between our product team and our customers. You’ll help us figure
out exactly what our users love, how to talk to them about it, and how to help our sales and marketing
teams share that story with the world.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1. Launch New Products & Features

When our team builds something new, you’ll help us introduce it to our customers as well as our
global team. You’ll figure out who needs it most and how to explain it so it clicks.

Tailor the Message: Explain how our features and benefits solve real-world problems for different
types of customers and industries.

Make a Plan: Create a marketing launch game plan for each launch including channels, timelines
and how and when we are telling customers about it.

Keep in mind our brand heart, adhering well to our style guide, while launching product collaterals
to the market.

2. Creating, Publishing, & Measuring Content

You will completely own our content process from start to finish. You’ll create the final pieces of
information that help people decide to choose us over the competition, put them live, and track
how well they are doing.

Launch Different Formats: You’ll get to work on a mix of written and visual pieces—like quick
video tutorials, product demos, ebooks, infographics, or short launch UGC videos with our
internal team product leads.

Spread the Word & Publish: Keep our website, blog, landing pages, and LinkedIn active with
clear content that answers our customers' biggest questions.

Track What Works: Measure how your content performs so we can learn what our audience likes
best and keep improving.

3. Sales and Product Team Enablement

Manage and lead a lean team of creatives to meet product launch deadlines and achieve high
quality creative execution.

You’ll be the go-to person when other people need marketing help or product information.

Support Our Product and Sales team. Which entails helping internal teams with creative
campaign and product collateral requests or quick questions about how to talk about our product.

Support our Distributors: Give our outside distributors the clear guides, brochures, and updates
they need to easily sell our products to their own customers.

4. Shopify Store Marketing & Promotions Management (SG Market)

You’ll help us run and manage our promotions to keep our Singapore Shopify store.

Put together clear, eye-catching marketing materials and digital assets that make our online deals
attractive.

Plan and set up promotional campaigns from start to finish so our seasonal discounts and product
offers run smoothly.

You will own our singapore social media channels and keep its contents up to date

Drive community management, DMs and respond to enquiries regarding our products, brand

it matters

Remote-ready — you over-communicate and deliver independently across time zones

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

3 to 5 years experience in B2B content marketing, product marketing

Storyboarding and creative direction for video and podcast content

Strong Marketing AI workflow skills including leverage LLMs to automate marketing work

Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM for tracking content attribution and pipeline
contribution

Excellent written English — content will be read by US property managers and PropTech leaders

Comfortable working remotely and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple time zones

BONUS SKILLS

Experience in PropTech, real estate technology, or SaaS

Familiarity with Chris Walker's demand gen and revenue operations philosophy

Video editing or podcast production hands-on experience

Experience with Ahrefs, GSC, GA4 or similar intent data tools

Knowledge of the multifamily or short term rental industry
