2. The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to develop and execute marketing activities and events, drive execution across multiple initiatives, and help keep the team organized and moving forward. This person should bring energy, strong communication skills, and a practical, highly organized approach to work. Experience in technology and/or adtech environments is strongly preferred.

This is not a pure brand creative role.

It is an execution-oriented marketing role for someone who is organized, collaborative, detail-minded, and able to keep projects moving.

3. Key Responsibilities

Define and execute marketing activities, campaigns, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events

Define and own calendars, timelines, budgets, project plans, and deliverables

Partner with sales, product, leadership, and external vendors to ensure initiatives are aligned, on track, and on budget

Manage event logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up activities

Define and create collateral, presentations, case studies, and other go-to-market assets

Track and manage program execution and provide updates on status, milestones, and results

Identify ways to improve marketing processes, organization, and team efficiency

Keep stakeholders informed and accountable so work gets done

4. What You Bring

5+ years of relevant marketing, marketing operations, event marketing, or project coordination experience

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum

High degree of ownership, follow-through, and accountability

Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and outside partners

Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and The Media Trust’s role within it.

Experience with adtech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or adjacent B2B environments preferred

Practical mindset: energized, collaborative, and focused on execution over flash

5. Preferred Experience

B2B technology marketing

Marketing automation or CRM systems

Vendor and budget coordination

Digital advertising ecosystem familiarity

Webinar, conference, or field event execution

6. Work Environment

The Media Trust has a 100% remote workforce, with occasional travel for meetings or industry events as needed.
