The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing support across digital, creative, and branding initiatives. This role ensures all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, campaign strategies, and brand standards while driving engagement and conversion-focused outcomes.

This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, overseeing creative direction while producing high-quality marketing assets across multiple channels.




Key Responsibilities



• Provide comprehensive marketing support across digital, creative, and branding initiatives



• Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with business goals, campaign strategies, and brand standards



• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into effective creative execution



• Conceptualize, script, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from ideation to final output



• Manage the full video production process including storyboarding, coordination, editing, and delivery



• Develop video assets optimized for social media, paid advertising, and promotional use



• Write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy for marketing and advertising materials



• Develop brand-consistent messaging across multiple channels



• Create captions, headlines, calls to action, and long-form content as needed



• Manage and optimize social media content across platforms



• Develop posts, graphics, captions, and profile content while maintaining brand consistency



• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and platform-specific best practices



• Design marketing collaterals including PDFs, brochures, one-pagers, and presentations



• Create client-ready materials that support sales initiatives and campaigns



• Develop logos and cohesive visual brand identities



• Maintain consistency across all marketing assets and uphold brand guidelines



• Create performance-driven creative assets for paid marketing campaigns



• Collaborate with media and strategy teams to align creative output with campaign objectives







Requirements



• Strong experience in marketing strategy, creative production, and brand management



• Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives



• Advanced copywriting and scriptwriting skills



• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools



• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, research, and workflow optimization



• Solid understanding of social media platforms and content performance



• Strong project management and organizational skills



• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
