Marketing Coordinator and Administrator
Posted 2026-06-26We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across multiple channels.
This role is critical to keeping our marketing team running smoothly. You will be responsible for execution, coordination, and communication, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a strategy role. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and getting things done efficiently and accurately.
Scope of Work:
1. Franchisee Communication & Support
Respond to inbound emails from franchisees (access requests, questions, support needs)
Coordinate access to platforms (Google Business Profile, Facebook, etc.)
Ensure all communications are handled promptly (within 24 hours)
2. Platform & Account Management
Manage and track access across platforms (GBP, Meta, etc.)
Troubleshoot basic access issues or escalate when needed
Maintain organized records of logins, permissions, and requests
3. Marketing Library Management
Upload and organize all marketing collateral
Maintain a clean, structured, and up-to-date marketing library
Ensure assets are easy to find and properly labeled
4. Website & Dev Coordination
Assign and track website and development tasks in Monday.com
Prepare for new branch launches (coordinate assets, timelines, and tasks)
Follow up with the dev team to ensure deadlines are met
5. Task Management & Operations
Create and assign tasks in Monday.com across marketing initiatives
Track progress and follow up to ensure completion
Keep projects moving forward and flag delays early
6. Email Marketing Support
Build and format eNewsletters
Coordinate content, links, and assets with the team
Ensure accuracy before sending
7. Creative Coordination
Submit requests to the graphic designer
Clearly communicate requirements and deadlines
Track revisions and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written communication (clear, professional, responsive)
Experience with tools like Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Meta platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail (nothing slips through the cracks)
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up skills
Experience supporting marketing teams or agencies
Familiarity with Google Business Profile and social media platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with Hubspot
Experience in franchise or multi-location businesses
