Fifth Avenue Financial is a leading wealth management firm within the MassMutual network, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing efforts, assist financial advisors, and help elevate the FAF brand through various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and communications across FAF
- Help manage project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups to keep initiatives on track
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing deliverables
- Own and manage the marketing materials compliance process from start to finish
- Ensure all marketing materials are submitted, tracked, and approved in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records of approved materials and ensure adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in creating and editing content for emails, social media, newsletters, and advisor communications
- Support scheduling and posting across social media platforms
- Help build and update marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and other tools
- Gather and organize photos, videos, and content to highlight advisor success, firm culture, and events
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to financial advisors, including materials, event promotion, and communications
- Help manage incoming marketing requests and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Assist with onboarding advisors to marketing platforms and tools
- Assist in coordinating and promoting FAF’s philanthropic initiatives and community events
- Help organize materials, communications, and logistics for volunteer opportunities and charitable partnerships
- Support storytelling efforts by capturing and sharing highlights from philanthropic activities
Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva. Experience with email or CRM tools is a plus
- Creative thinking with ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Strong oral and written skills communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Planning and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 0 - 2 years of marketing, communications, or coordination experience; solid, relevant internship experience is highly preferred
