  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot automated systems and production lines
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to drive plant performance
  • Support capital projects, including equipment upgrades and new line installations
  • Analyze production data to identify and eliminate bottlenecks and waste
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • We're Looking For Engineers With Experience In
  • Manufacturing / Process Engineering
  • Controls Engineering (PLC, HMI, SCADA)
  • Industrial / Production Engineering
  • Continuous Improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Maintenance & Reliability Engineering
  • Core Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
  • 3–10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with:
  • Process optimization and production support
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving
  • Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced production environments
  • Highly Desired Skills:
  • PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems
  • Capital project leadership experience
  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt)
  • Experience in high-volume or continuous manufacturing environments
  • Compensation:
  • $90K – $160K+ base salary
  • Higher for:
  • Controls / automation expertise
  • Multi-site or capital project leadership
  • Specialized industry experience
  • Full benefits packages vary by client
