Manager, Market Integration

The Opportunity

The Manager, Market Integration supports the market by coordinating the end-to-end interplan requirements, monitoring market performance indicators, and facilitating cross-functional alignment across shared services.

This role ensures market-specific needs are effectively integrated into enterprise processes and supports compliance, testing, and performance readiness activities.

What you'll do

Interplan Coordination

• Serve as internal point of contact for end-to-end interplan-related processing requirements, including but not limited to claims, service (member and provider), eligibility, and performance reporting, etc.  Coordinate testing, certification, and documentation activities


• Partner with claims, IT, and external carrier counterparts to support alignment


• Track, mitigate and escalate risks related to interplan processing

Market Performance Monitoring

• Monitor market-specific service and claims performance metrics


• Identify trends or emerging issues impacting market clients


• Research operations workflow problems and system irregularities


•  Coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions


• Maintain market risk and issue log

Cross-Functional Support

• Translate market needs into actionable requirements for shared services


• Support system validation and readiness activities


• Facilitate communication between enterprise teams and market leadership

Regulatory Support

• Partner with Compliance on market-specific requirements


• Maintain documentation supporting regulatory readiness
