Rabobank is a global financial services leader providing wholesale and retail banking services. The Loan Servicing Specialist supports back-office loan transactions and ensures compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Funding - the daily review and execution of New Loan Funding, Wire and Transfer transactions, Advances and activities associated with Booking New, Renewal and Modifications to the AFS System
  • Booking – the daily completion of new or modified loan data set-up in the core system
  • Loan Maintenance – the daily review and execution of updates and changes in the AFS system related to client information, loan data, payoffs, loan research, pricing and rates
  • Customer Connect – the daily support of inbound call volume and email from external or internal clients related to client account details, changes and request for cash management needs
  • Payments – the daily review, research and execution of ensuring timely and accurate posting of payments received through various client channels
  • Cash Management – the daily review and balancing of core systems and banking accounts to ensure cash-on-hand supports the needs of Rabo clients and validate the accounting of funds
  • Quality Control – the daily review of new and modified loans in the core system to validate accuracy of loan data within the core lending system to the signed loan documents

Skills

  • High School Diploma, College Degree or Some Work Experience
  • Desired: Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 2-5 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret loan documents and loan system data fields and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write business correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the bank
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, amortizations and percentages
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standards exist
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form
  • Ability to read and interpret business reporting
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position
