- Responsibilities
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat
- Provide information on our services, scheduling, and billing
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies
- Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service or live chat experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to type 45+ WPM
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Nice-to-haves
