    Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient and client inquiries via live chat
  • Provide information on our services, scheduling, and billing
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and company privacy policies
    Requirements
  • 1–2 years of customer service or live chat experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to type 45+ WPM
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
    Nice-to-haves
  • Healthcare or medical background is a plus
