</div><div><strong>As an Esthetician, you will</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working</li>
<li>Carry Esthetics liability insurance</li>
<li>Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations</li>
<li>Provide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services</li>
<li>Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals</li>
<li>Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff</li>
<li>Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership</li>
<li>Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars</li>
