This is a fully remote opportunity with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses. We provide warm leads, strong leadership, and the systems you need to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You’ll Do
• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Confidently present and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
• Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a robust sales pipeline.
• Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close with consistency.
• Build long-term relationships through follow-up and outstanding service.

What You’ll Bring
• Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
