Project Overview:

Movement is seeking LGBTQIA+ Contract Illustrators to create retail fundraiser tee shirt designs for their 2026 PRIDE Campaign. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is an LGBTQ-identifying artist -- and Movement community member -- who can balance their style with Movement’s brand story and characteristics.

Application and link to portfolio required. The final candidates will be selected based on their portfolio. A full creative brief will be provided to the final candidate(s). No free spec work expected. This is a paid, contract opportunity. $1000-1500

Timeline:

Application deadline: March 12

Project Due: April 25

Scope of Project:

3/28 — Concept Sketches

Submit five readable sketches or loose comps based on the creative brief.

Include a short description of the inspiration, thought process, or symbolism for each.

One concept will be selected to move forward.

3/28–4/25 — Revisions

Up to three rounds of revisions to refine the selected concept, explore tee color mockups, and finalize artwork.

Additional revisions or major concept shifts beyond this scope will require a revised fee agreement.

4/25 — Final Artwork Delivery

Deliver high-resolution digital files of the final design

Usage Rights:
Illustrator will grant full usage rights to Movement Climbing, Yoga, & Fitness for all purposes, for an indefinite period of time.
