DESCRIPTION:
The Learning Specialist collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to project manage the design and enhancement of learner-centered, multi-modal training solutions that build capability, improve performance, ensure regulatory compliance, driving quality, efficiency, and ultimately delighting our customers through improved service and outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with project teams and business leaders to, plan, design, evaluate and deliver learning products and services to maximize knowledge retention and support business outcomes and industry regulatory compliance.
Manages learning projects and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
Supports allocations ensuring effective, fit-for-purpose resource assignments for management, design, development, and delivery of educational, training, and learning products and services for the business.
Contributes to process refinement, documentation, and implementation activities that support continuous improvement across Enterprise Learning.
Delivers learning solutions in a collaborative global environment, partnering effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and colleagues across regions and functions.
Performs special projects, assignments, and administrative tasks per business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
Project Management experience
Experience supporting workforce management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of project management standards and practices
Strong consultancy skills, proactive nature
Knowledge of adult learning concepts
Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training delivery platforms
Ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems
Fundamental ability to translate issues into actionable business solutions
Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines
Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the learner perspective
Effective oral presentation and written communication skills
Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
