As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a team of customer service professionals, and driving sales growth through consultative selling and upselling. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert solutions, and resolve complex customer issues. You'll also be responsible for managing production flow, coordinating store activities, and ensuring quality during and after production processes.

  • Manage production flow, coordinating store activities, and ensuring quality during and after production processes
  • Take customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative selling, and recommending arenaflex products and services
  • Operate equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise, including digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders
  • Set up complex orders and perform multiple tasks at the same time, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer orders
  • Ensure quality during and after production processes, identifying and resolving quality issues promptly
  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer requests
  • May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Assist in the training of store team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collate, sort, and organize customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer requests
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions and making change
  • Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits
  • Follow instructions of supervisors and assist other team members in performing store functions
  • Follow arenaflex standard operating procedures, as well as legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures
  • Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping-related services and activities, including providing customer service, determining shipping methods, and offering information about arenaflex products and services
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
  • Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
  • Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction on a consistent basis
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, on a consistent basis
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time on a consistent basis
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision on a consistent basis
  • Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business

  • Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with the ability to provide expert solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Experience with digital imaging, scheduling, and running black and white or color production on full-service orders
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and financial reporting software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
