About the role:

As a Lead, Program Procurement Management you will oversee the strategic leadership, integration, and governance of procurement activities across multiple large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts. You will ensure alignment of procurement execution with program-level objectives, including cost, schedule, risk, and supplier performance. It also involves leading a team of Project Procurement Managers and working with executive leadership, project directors, and key stakeholders. You will be the primary procurement authority at the program level for large projects, driving standardization, best practices, and performance across a portfolio of complex projects.

You will report to the Director, Americas Supply Chain and be working remotely the United States. We ask that you be willing to travel up to 25% both domestic and international.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead procurement strategy across multiple EPC projects

Establish standardized frameworks, governance, and procurement plans in consideration of program goals

Be the escalation point for procurement issues

Align Project Procurement Managers and sourcing teams

Ensure consistency in supplier selection, contracting, and risk management

Guide cross-project collaboration, shared suppliers, and regular program reviews

Oversee sourcing for critical equipment, materials, and subcontracting

Leverage aggregated buying power to improve cost and savings

Support complex negotiations and ensure risk-aligned contracts

Lead supplier strategy and manage key relationships

Oversee supplier capacity, quality, and schedule performance

Monitor and address supplier performance risks

Find and address supply chain risks across projects

Implement strategies such as dual sourcing, capacity reservations, and risk-sharing models

Oversee supplier risk assessments

Guide procurement impact on cost, margins, and forecasts

Ensure budget adherence and support cost reduction plans

Deliver executive reporting and track key performance indicators (cost, schedule, risk, and supplier readiness)

Partner with leadership, finance, and commercial teams

Ensure policy, contractual, and regulatory compliance

Lead procurement teams

Build capabilities in sourcing, negotiation, and EPC procurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

10+ years in procurement/supply chain, including 7+ years in project or program leadership

Experience managing procurement for large-scale EPC projects ($400M+) and complex, multi-year capital programs

Experience leading procurement teams across projects/regions and related industries (energy, infrastructure, industrial)

Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost modeling

Knowledge of project scheduling, risk management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Financial and commercial knowledge (P&L, margins, EPC cost structures, supplier agreements)

Preferred Certifications: PMP, CPSM/CIPS, or Six Sigma

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $113,400 to $126,000 per year.
