Job Description

Summarized Purpose:
We are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to build modern, scalable, and user-friendly web applications while driving frontend architecture and development best practices.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5–8 years of experience in frontend development

Major Job Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive web applications Lead frontend architecture and component design Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers Optimize applications for performance and scalability Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong expertise in React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with REST APIs and frontend integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Must Have Skills:
React or Angular expertise
JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
Frontend architecture and design patterns
API integration experience

Good to Have Skills:
Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure)
Experience with micro frontend architecture
Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization

Working Hours:
India: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM IST
Philippines: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM PHT
