Lead Counsel - Sales and Proffesional Services

Sales:
- Responsible for supporting our global Sales teams with the execution of the Sales pipeline, including the publication of internal guidance and training relating to the engagement of the Legal & Compliance (L&C) team.
- Responsible for Keyloop standard customer T&Cs, related internal guidance and training including the maintenance of our Legal playbook and template Statements of Work and internal guidance relating to Professional Services (PS) involvement in the pre-sales process.
- Responsible for managing the processing of special terms globally within agreed SLAs.
- Lead legal negotiation of enterprise sales opportunities with OEM NSCs and large dealer customers.
- Support the Marketing team with ad hoc queries relating to Keyloop marketing activity.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining standard enterprise documentation.
Professional Services:
- Support Professional Services with the creation and maintenance of templates and internal governance to ensure appropriate involvement by PS in the sales cycle and that all required pre-approvals are obtained.
- Point of contact for any ad hoc legal queries from Professional Services including those relating to backlog execution and change management.
General:
- Responsible for legal resource planning for the functional areas including management of external spend in line with L&C FY plans.

Skills & Experience
- UK qualified solicitor, with a minimum of 6 years PQE.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Sound knowledge of the key principles and risks associated with the provision of technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal principles into simple, practical guidance.
- Experience structuring, drafting and leading negotiations of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and technology services contracts, with the ability to outline the key risk areas associated with the same.
- Experience supporting Sales and Professional Services functions within a technology or SaaS business preferable.
- Experience working within a global in-house legal team preferable.
- Comfortable operating at pace in a fast-moving commercial environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.
