Laravel + Flutter Developer (US Preferred) – Ongoing Platform Support & Optimization - Contract to Hire

Description: I’m looking for a trusted, long-term development partner to support and grow an existing equestrian marketplace platform.

What I Need (Immediate):

Ongoing bug fixes, glitch resolution, and security updates (especially mobile)

Stabilization of the current platform

Help optimizing AWS usage and reducing overhead costs

Short-Term Improvements:

Admin panel upgrades (export/download contacts)

Mobile app consistency:

Map view matching web

Filters aligned across web + app

Drag-and-drop uploads

SEO landing pages (content already prepared)

Longer-Term (If Good Fit):

UX/UI improvements and feature expansion (quarterly/bi-annual)

AI integrations and automation

Growth strategy support (sales/automation)

Non-Negotiables:

Clear, proactive communication

Full transparency on scope, pricing, and timelines

No retroactive “out-of-scope” charges

Full ownership + access to all code, infrastructure, and accounts

Willingness to work under a mutually protective agreement
