You'll own the quality of Korean music content — from lyric synchronization and metadata accuracy to editorial curation of top-charting releases. Your work sits at the intersection of music expertise and AI data quality: the human judgment that makes streaming experiences more accurate and culturally grounded for millions of listeners.

What you'll do

Lyrics

Synchronize and QC lyrics for high-priority Korean content, maintaining coverage for the top 80% of playback
Verify accuracy of partner-sourced lyrics against established quality standards
Proofread, edit, and improve lyric transcriptions with a native speaker's precision
Refine internal review guidelines and multilingual reference materials
Execute time-sensitive ad-hoc projects when they arise

Music curation & metadata

Polish top albums in the local market each week; review campaign-featured tracks
Maintain high-coverage polishing for the top 80% of plays
Update and correct metadata, credits, and artist information as required

Must-haves:

Native-level Korean fluency required
Professional English proficiency required
Currently based in Japan required
Deep knowledge of Korean music, artists, and discography
Strong research and detail orientation
Comfortable working independently and in a team

Nice-to-haves

Background in linguistics, translation, or transcription
Experience with lyric sync or music metadata tools
Familiar with macOS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Content management or localization experience
